End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Cabana (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the Cabana mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Cabana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Circumvent any security or access restrictions within the App.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content — remain the exclusive property of Cabana. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. User Content

By creating or posting content (such as text, photos, or event listings) within the App, you grant Cabana a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of all your content.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by Cabana. You may terminate it by deleting the App and all associated accounts. Cabana may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Cabana makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Cabana may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
